The Analog Devices DC688A-A, LT1942EUF Demo Board is a quad converter for TFT supply and LED driver. It is designed to operate with a voltage input of 3V-4.5V and provides an output voltage of 10V/2mA when on and -10V/2mA when off. It also requires an AVdd of 5V/40mA for operation.
