STMicroelectronics TPN, TRISIL™ series TVS - Thyristors are a family of high-performance, low-capacitance, bidirectional transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients caused by lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and other voltage surges. The TRISIL™ series TVS - Thyristors are designed to provide superior protection against high-energy transients, while maintaining low capacitance and low clamping voltage. The devices are available in a variety of packages, including SOT-23, SOT-223, and SOT-89, and are suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
