LM393N Description

The LM393N is made up of two independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2.0 mV max for two comparators that were designed to function across a wide variety of voltages from a single power source. The low power supply current drain is independent of the amount of the power supply voltage, allowing operation from split power supplies. The LM393N is designed to work with TTL and CMOS directly. The LM19-N series will directly interface with MOS circuitry when operated from both plus and minus power supply, where its low power consumption is a notable benefit over ordinary comparators.
