Description
The ON Semiconductor NCP3065SOBCKGEVB-SOBCKGEVB is a high intensity LED driver using the NCP3065/NCV3065 lighting solutions. It is designed to provide a high level of efficiency and reliability for LED lighting applications. The NCP3065SOBCKGEVB-SOBCKGEVB features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V, a wide output current range of 0.1A to 1.5A, and a wide dimming range of 0.1% to 100%. It also has a low quiescent current of only 1.5mA, and a low shutdown current of 0.1mA. The NCP3065SOBCKGEVB-SOBCKGEVB is ideal for applications such as LED lighting, automotive lighting, and industrial lighting.
