Description

The ON Semiconductor NCP51820GAN2GEVB-GEVB is an evaluation board for the NCP51820 GaN Driver IC. This IC is designed to drive 650V, 56 mOhm E-mode GaN GITs, making it ideal for power management applications. The board includes a USB-C connector for easy connection to a PC, as well as a DC power supply input and a DC output for connecting to the load. The board also includes a variety of test points and jumpers for easy evaluation of the IC's performance. The board is designed to be used with the NCP51820 Evaluation Software, which provides a graphical user interface for configuring and monitoring the IC's performance.
