The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-ISA050V1 is a demonstration board based on the PM6641 Monolithic VR for Chipset and DDR2/3 Supply for Ultra-Mobile PC (UMPC) applications, Consumer Electronics (CE) and Industrial applications. It is designed to provide a complete solution for the power supply of the chipset and DDR2/3 memory. The board features a PM6641 monolithic voltage regulator, which is capable of providing up to 1.5A of output current. It also includes an integrated power-on reset circuit, over-voltage protection, and over-temperature protection.
