Bourns Inc. ChipGuard® MLC series TVS - Varistors, MOVs are a range of high-performance, low-capacitance transient voltage suppressors (TVS) designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other voltage-induced events. The ChipGuard® MLC series is designed to provide superior protection against ESD, lightning, and other transient voltage events. The series features a low capacitance of 0.2pF, a low clamping voltage of 5.5V, and a fast response time of less than 1ns. The series is available in a variety of packages, including SOT-23, SOT-223, and SOT-89. The series is also RoHS compliant and UL recognized.
