The MD16 BJT Transistors Array from Nexperia USA Inc. is an array of bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) on a single chip that can be used in a variety of electronic circuits that need several transistors. A compact surface-mount package holds the 16 NPN transistors that make up the device, all of which have a shared emitter connection. Each transistor can run at a maximum voltage of 50 V and can tolerate a collector current of up to 100 mA. The MD16 transistor arrays are an effective solution for many circuit designs because they are simple to utilize, conserve board space, and streamline the design process.
