Description
The Texas Instruments 74AXC series Logic-Translators, Level Shifters are a family of integrated circuits designed to provide a low-cost, low-power solution for translating between logic levels. These devices are ideal for applications that require a logic level translation between two different logic families, such as between TTL and CMOS. The 74AXC series features a wide range of voltage levels, from 1.2V to 5.5V, and can be used to interface between two different logic families, such as between TTL and CMOS. The 74AXC series also features a wide range of output drive capabilities, from 1.5mA to 24mA, allowing for a wide range of applications. The 74AXC series is also designed to be highly reliable, with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C and a maximum storage temperature of 150°C.
Features
• Low-voltage operation: VCC = 1.65 V to 5.5 V
