PDR-V468 Overview

These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 100V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10pA current.
