These devices are designed to provide a wide range of voltage regulation and power management functions in a single package, making them ideal for space-constrained applications. The TinyBoost® series offers a wide range of features, including adjustable output voltage, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and thermal shutdown. The main differences between the various types of TinyBoost PMICs are the output voltage range, the maximum output current, the operating temperature range, and the package size. The TinyBoost series includes the TinyBoost-1, TinyBoost-2, TinyBoost-3, and TinyBoost-4. The TinyBoost-1 is the smallest and has the lowest output voltage range (2.5V to 5.5V) and the lowest maximum output current (1A). The TinyBoost-2 has a slightly higher output voltage range (2.5V to 6V) and a higher maximum output current (2A).
