Texas Instruments LM809 series Voltage Supervisors are 3-pin voltage supervisors (reset IC) with active-low, push-pull reset for supply monitoring. They are designed to monitor the power supply voltage level and reset the system during power-up or brownout conditions. The LM809 series is available in fixed threshold voltages from 1.2 V to 5 V and adjustable threshold voltages from 1.2 V to 5 V. The LM809 series is also available in open-drain and push-pull output options.
