The ADM3488 series is a 3.3 V, low power, RS-485/RS-422 transceiver that is interoperable with 5 V logic and compliant with EIA RS-485/RS-422 over full common-range. It has data rate options of 250 kbps and comes in half and full duplex options. It also has reduced slew rates for low EMI and can have up to 32 transceivers on a bus. The bus common mode range is -7V to +12V and it is specified over -40°C to +85°C temperature range. It is available in 8-Lead SOIC.
