The KSZ8061 is a family of single-chip 10Base-T/100Base-TX Ethernet physical layer transceivers for transmission and reception of data over standard CAT-5 unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable. It is designed to provide MII/RMII/SMII interfaces to MAC with low power consumption and small footprint. The KSZ8061 series also supports Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) IEEE 802.3az standard for reducing power consumption during periods of low data activity.
