The ISL3295E series Drivers Interface ICs are ±16.5kV ESD Protected, +125C, 3.0V to 5.5V, SOT-23/TDFN Packaged, Low Power, RS-485/RS-422 Transmitters1. They are designed for balanced communication using the RS-485 and RS-422 standards. These drivers have very low output leakage current (±40μA), so they present less than a “1/8 unit load” to the RS-485 bus.
