The Texas Instruments 65HVD1474 series Drivers Interface ICs are full-duplex transceivers designed for RS-485 data bus networks. They are designed to operate over a wide range of supply voltages from a single 3.3-V or 5-V supply. The devices are designed for data rates up to 20 Mbps and are suitable for multipoint applications over long cable runs. They feature a high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of up to 100 kV/μs and a wide common-mode voltage range of -7 V to +12 V. The devices also feature thermal shutdown protection and short-circuit protection.
