The TPS51020 is a dual, voltage mode, DDR selectable, synchronous, step-down controller for notebook system power. It is designed to operate from an input voltage supply range of 4.5 V to 28 V. The device provides two synchronous step-down outputs with DDR memory tracking capability. The device uses D-CAP2™ mode control providing fast transient response and supporting both ceramic and low ESR output capacitors.
