The ON Semiconductor NCP45560IMNGEVB-IMNGEVB is an integrated load switch with ultra-low Ron evaluation board. It is designed for use in communications and telecom applications. The board features a 23-A load switch with a low Ron of 0.0025 Ω. It also includes a wide input voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V and a wide output voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.5 V. The board also features a low quiescent current of 1.5 μA and a low shutdown current of 0.1 μA. The board is designed to provide a high level of efficiency and reliability in a wide range of applications.
