The AT89C513x series of microcontrollers from Microchip Technology are 8-bit, low-power, high-performance microcontrollers designed for a wide range of applications. These microcontrollers feature a wide range of peripherals, including a 10-bit A/D converter, two 16-bit timers, a watchdog timer, and an on-chip oscillator. The AT89C513x series also offers a variety of memory options, including up to 64K of Flash memory, up to 4K of RAM, and up to 4K of EEPROM.
