The AVR® 90CAN series is ideal for applications requiring a low-power, low-cost, and highly integrated solution. The AVR® 90CAN series offers a wide range of features, including a high-speed CAN bus interface, up to 32KB of Flash memory, up to 2KB of SRAM, up to 8KB of EEPROM, up to 32 I/O pins, and up to four 16-bit timers. The AVR® 90CAN series also offers a wide range of peripherals, including an analog-to-digital converter, a pulse-width modulator, a watchdog timer, and a real-time clock.
