Microchip Technology AVR® 90USB series Microcontrollers are a family of 8-bit microcontrollers designed for a wide range of applications. They feature a high-performance RISC architecture, low power consumption, and a wide range of peripherals. The AVR® 90USB series is ideal for applications such as USB-based consumer products, industrial control, and embedded systems. The AVR® 90USB series offers a wide range of features, including a USB 2.0 full-speed controller, up to 32KB of Flash memory, up to 2KB of SRAM, up to 16KB of EEPROM, up to 32 I/O lines, and up to four 16-bit timers. The AVR® 90USB series also offers a wide range of peripherals, including an analog-to-digital converter, a pulse-width modulator, a watchdog timer, and a real-time clock.
