Microchip Technology AVR® XMEGA® B1 series Microcontrollers are a family of low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontrollers based on the AVR® XMEGA® architecture. The XMEGA® B1 series offers a wide range of features, including up to 32KB of Flash memory, up to 2KB of SRAM, up to 16KB of EEPROM, up to 8 channels of 10-bit ADC, up to 4 channels of 10-bit DAC, up to 4 channels of USART, up to 4 channels of SPI, up to 4 channels of I2C, up to 4 channels of PWM, up to 4 channels of Timer/Counter, up to 4 channels of Event System, and up to 4 channels of Analog Comparator. The XMEGA® B1 series also offers a wide range of peripherals, including USB, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet. The XMEGA® B1 series is ideal for applications requiring low power consumption, high performance, and a wide range of peripherals.
