Microchip Technology AVR® XMEGA® C4 series Microcontrollers are a family of low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontrollers based on the AVR® XMEGA® architecture. The C4 series features a wide range of peripherals, including a 10-bit ADC, USART, SPI, I2C, and a variety of timers. The C4 series also offers a wide range of memory options, including up to 32KB of Flash memory and up to 4KB of SRAM. The C4 series is ideal for applications requiring low power consumption, high performance, and a wide range of peripherals.
