Microchip Technology AVR® XMEGA® D3 series Microcontrollers are a family of low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontrollers based on the AVR® XMEGA® architecture. The XMEGA® D3 series offers a wide range of features, including up to 32K bytes of Flash program memory, up to 2K bytes of SRAM, up to 256 bytes of EEPROM, up to 16 channels of 10-bit ADC, up to 8 channels of 10-bit DAC, up to 4 USARTs, up to 4 SPI/I2C/TWI interfaces, up to 4 timers/counters, up to 4 PWM channels, up to 4 analog comparators, up to 4 external interrupts, and up to 4 internal interrupts. The XMEGA® D3 series also offers a wide range of peripherals, including a Real-Time Clock (RTC), an Event System, a Programmable Multilevel Interrupt Controller (PMIC), and a Peripheral Event System (PES). The XMEGA® D3 series is ideal for applications requiring low power consumption, high performance, and a wide range of peripherals.
