What are the differences between the types of Microchip Technology PIC® 10F series Microcontrollers?

The PIC 10F series microcontrollers are available in three different types: PIC10F200, PIC10F202, and PIC10F204.   The PIC10F200 is the simplest of the three, with only 8-bit architecture and a maximum clock speed of 4 MHz. It has 128 bytes of RAM, and 256 bytes of program memory. It also has two 8-bit timers, one 8-bit comparator, and one 8-bit A/D converter.  The PIC10F202 is a slightly more advanced version of the PIC10F200, with 8-bit architecture and a maximum clock speed of 8 MHz. It has 256 bytes of RAM, and 512 bytes of program memory. It also has two 8-bit timers, one 8-bit comparator, and one 8-bit A/D converter.  The PIC10F204 is the most advanced of the three, with 8-bit architecture and a maximum clock speed of 16 MHz. It has 512 bytes of RAM, and 1024 bytes of program memory. It also has two 8-bit timers, one 8-bit comparator, and one 8-bit A/D converter.
