The Microchip Technology SAM C20 series of microcontrollers are a family of low-power, high-performance 32-bit MCUs based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ processor. They offer a wide range of features, including up to 256KB of Flash memory, up to 32KB of SRAM, up to four UARTs, up to two I2C/SPI/SMBUS interfaces, up to four 16-bit timers, up to two 12-bit ADC, up to two 12-bit DAC, and up to two PWM channels. The SAM C20 series also offers a wide range of peripherals, including USB, CAN, Ethernet, and LCD controllers. The SAM C20 series is ideal for a variety of applications, including industrial, automotive, consumer, and medical.
