The Microchip Technology SAM D51 series of microcontrollers are a family of 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F based microcontrollers designed for a wide range of applications. The SAM D51 series offers a wide range of features, including up to 256KB of Flash memory, up to 32KB of SRAM, up to 8KB of EEPROM, up to four 12-bit ADC channels, up to two 12-bit DAC channels, up to four USARTs, up to two I2C modules, up to two SPI modules, up to two CAN modules, and up to four 32-bit timers.
