The Microchip Technology SAM E53 series of microcontrollers are a family of 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontrollers designed for embedded applications. They feature a wide range of peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, a 12-bit PWM, and a variety of communication interfaces. The SAM E53 series also offers a wide range of memory options, including up to 1 MB of Flash and up to 256 KB of SRAM. The SAM E53 Xplained Pro is the most powerful of the three, featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor, up to 256KB of Flash memory, and up to 32KB of SRAM. It also has a wide range of peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, and a USB 2.0 interface.  The SAM E53 Xplained Ultra is a slightly less powerful version of the Pro, featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor, up to 128KB of Flash memory, and up to 16KB of SRAM. It also has a wide range of peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, and a USB 2.0 interface.  The SAM E53 Xplained Mini is the least powerful of the three, featuring a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ processor, up to 64KB of Flash memory, and up to 8KB of SRAM. It also has a wide range of peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, and a USB 2.0 interface.
