The Microchip Technology SAM4E series of microcontrollers are a family of 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontrollers designed for embedded applications. They feature a wide range of peripherals, including Ethernet, USB, CAN, and LCD controllers, as well as a variety of analog and digital peripherals. The SAM4E series also offers a wide range of memory options, including up to 512KB of Flash and up to 128KB of SRAM. The SAM4E series is ideal for applications requiring high performance, low power consumption, and a wide range of peripherals.
