Renesas Electronics America M16C™ M16C/Tiny/28 series Microcontrollers are a family of 8-bit microcontrollers designed for embedded applications. They feature a wide range of peripherals, including a 10-bit A/D converter, a 10-bit D/A converter, a serial communication interface, and a timer/counter. The M16C/Tiny/28 series also offers a variety of memory options, including ROM, RAM, and flash memory. The M16C/Tiny/28 series is ideal for applications that require low power consumption, high performance, and a small form factor.
