STMicroelectronics ESDA, TRANSIL™ series TVS - Diodes are a family of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. These devices are designed to provide a high level of protection against ESD and other transient voltage events, while maintaining a low capacitance and low clamping voltage. The TRANSIL™ series TVS - Diodes are available in a variety of packages, including SOT-23, SOT-323, SOT-343, SOT-363, and SOT-523.
