STMicroelectronics ST7 series Microcontrollers are a family of 8-bit microcontrollers designed for a wide range of applications. The ST7 series is based on the 8051 core and offers a wide range of features, including up to 64K of Flash memory, up to 4K of RAM, up to 16 I/O ports, up to 8 timers, and up to 4 serial communication interfaces. The ST7 series also offers a wide range of peripherals, such as LCD controllers, CAN controllers, and USB controllers.
