Texas Instruments Hercules™ RM4 ARM® Cortex®-R4 series Microcontrollers are a family of high-performance, low-power, 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-R4 core. The Hercules RM4 series is designed to meet the needs of safety-critical applications such as industrial automation, medical, automotive, and aerospace. The Hercules RM4 series features a wide range of peripherals, including CAN, Ethernet, USB, and UART, as well as a variety of memory options. The Hercules RM4 series also offers a range of safety features, including error-correcting code (ECC) memory, parity checking, and lockstep operation. With its high performance, low power consumption, and safety features, the Hercules RM4 series is an ideal choice for embedded applications.
