Texas Instruments Stellaris® ARM® Cortex®-M3S 6000 series Microcontrollers are a family of high-performance, low-power, 32-bit microcontrollers based on the ARM Cortex-M3 processor core. These microcontrollers are designed to provide a high level of integration, flexibility, and scalability for a wide range of embedded applications. The Stellaris family of microcontrollers offers a wide range of features, including a wide range of peripherals, a variety of memory options, and a wide range of power management options. The Stellaris family of microcontrollers is ideal for applications such as industrial automation, medical devices, consumer electronics, and automotive applications.

1. ARM Cortex-M3S 6000 series microcontrollers are based on the ARM Cortex-M3 processor core and feature up to 256KB of flash memory, up to 32KB of SRAM, and up to 8KB of EEPROM.
