STMicroelectronics Automotive, AEC-Q101, DVIY series TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. These devices are qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for use in automotive applications, and feature a low capacitance of 0.2pF, low clamping voltage of 5.5V, and a fast response time of less than 1ns. The DVIY series is available in a variety of packages, including SOT-23, SOT-323, and SOT-89, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
