The Texas Instruments 65EPT series Logic-Translators, Level Shifters are a family of devices designed to provide a simple, cost-effective solution for translating between logic families. The 65EPT series is capable of translating between TTL, CMOS, and ECL logic levels, and can be used to interface between different logic families.
