In order to improve the service quality, and protect the rights and interests of customers actively cooperating with us, Utmel plans to divide our customers into two categories: cooperative customers and potential customers.
According to the order quantity, cumulative trading amount and time, our cooperative customers are divided into:
VIP5 一strategic cooperative partners; VIP4 一 core cooperative customers; VIP3 一 key cooperative customers; VIP2 一 stable cooperative customers; VIP1 一 regular or general cooperative customers, individual customers etc.. |
According to the inquiry quantity and the length of follow-up time, customers are divided into:
Level A 一potential value customers; Level B 一potential active customers; Level C 一potential general customers; Level D 一low-level active customers, Level E 一low-value customers. |
Utmel will provide different levels of service time and special benefits for customers of different levels in different categories.
