According to the order quantity, cumulative trading amount and time, our cooperative customers are divided into:

VIP5 strategic cooperative partners;

VIP4 core cooperative customers;

VIP3 key cooperative customers;

VIP2 stable cooperative customers;

VIP1 regular or general cooperative customers, individual customers etc..

According to the inquiry quantity and the length of follow-up time, customers are divided into:

Level A potential value customers;

Level B potential active customers;

Level C potential general customers;

Level D low-level active customers,

Level E low-value customers.

 

Utmel will provide different levels of service time and special benefits for customers of different levels in different categories.
