Diodes ZXSC400EV2

Diodes Incorporated's ZXSC400EV2-EV2 is a 25W, 23-LEDs White LED Driver for LCD Backlighting, Lighting and Signage. It is designed to provide a high-efficiency, low-cost solution for driving white LEDs in LCD backlighting, lighting and signage applications. It features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V, and a wide output current range of 0.1A to 2.5A. It also has a high efficiency of up to 95%, and a low ripple current of less than 10%. The ZXSC400EV2-EV2 is designed to be easy to use and is protected against over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit conditions. It is also RoHS compliant and is available in a compact, surface-mount package.
