The MaxLinear SP6648EB-EB is a 2 to 5V DC to DC single output power supply designed for portable, video, and imaging applications. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and a maximum output current of 1.5A. It is designed with a high efficiency of up to 95%, and a low quiescent current of only 10uA. The SP6648EB-EB also features a low output ripple and noise of only 10mV, and a fast transient response time of only 10us. It is also protected against over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit conditions. This power supply is ideal for applications such as digital cameras, portable media players, and other portable devices.
