Description

The Microchip Technology MCP73833EV-EV is a 4.2V, 1-Cell, Lithium-Ion/Lithium-Polymer Battery Charger designed for Bluetooth, consumer electronics, and wearable applications. It features a low-profile, space-saving design and is capable of charging a single-cell Li-Ion/Li-Polymer battery from a USB port or other regulated 5V source. The MCP73833EV-EV also features a programmable charge current up to 500mA, thermal regulation, and a charge status output pin. It is designed to provide a safe and efficient charging solution for a wide range of applications.
