The Microchip Technology MIC23250-S4YMT EV is a 1.2V, 3.3V DC to DC multi-output power supply designed for use in portable and consumer electronics. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and provides up to 1.2A of output current at 1.2V and up to 1.5A of output current at 3.3V. It also features a low quiescent current of only 1.5mA, making it ideal for battery-powered applications.
