Description

The Microchip Technology MIC26603YJL-EV is a DC to DC single output power supply designed for wired networking, industrial, automotive, and medical applications. It provides 0.9V, 1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V outputs with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V. It features a high efficiency of up to 95%, low quiescent current of only 10µA, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The MIC26603YJL-EV is designed to meet the requirements of automotive, industrial, and medical applications, and is protected against over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit conditions. It is also RoHS compliant and is available in a small, thermally enhanced, 8-pin SOIC package.
