The MikroElektronika MIKROE-3844 Single Cell Click Board is a versatile and reliable solution for medical and healthcare applications. It is based on the MCP16251 Synchronous Boost Regulator and the MCP1811A Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator. The board is designed to provide a regulated output voltage from a single cell Li-Ion battery, and is capable of delivering up to 500mA of current. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, and an adjustable output voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. The board also includes a power-on reset circuit, over-current protection, and thermal shutdown protection. The board is ideal for powering medical and healthcare devices, such as glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, and other medical equipment.
