The NXP Semiconductors FRDM-KL46Z Freedom Development Platform is a comprehensive development platform for Kinetis KL3x and KL4x MCUs, designed for consumer electronics applications. It features a Kinetis KL46Z MCU with a Cortex-M0+ core, up to 64KB of Flash memory, and up to 8KB of SRAM. The platform also includes a range of peripherals, such as a USB 2.0 full-speed device controller, an LCD controller, a capacitive touch sensing controller, and a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter. The FRDM-KL46Z also includes a range of development tools, such as the Kinetis Design Studio IDE, the Kinetis SDK, and the Kinetis Software Development Kit. This platform is ideal for developing consumer electronics applications, such as home automation, medical devices, and wearables.
