The NXP Semiconductors TWR-K20D50M is a Kinetis K20 50 MHz Tower System Module designed for medical and healthcare applications. It features a high-performance ARM Cortex-M4 processor with a maximum operating frequency of 50 MHz, as well as a wide range of integrated peripherals, including a 12-bit ADC, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, and a USB 2.0 full-speed controller. The module also includes a variety of memory options, including up to 512 KB of flash memory and up to 64 KB of SRAM. The TWR-K20D50M is designed to meet the stringent requirements of medical and healthcare applications, and is certified to IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 standards.
