The NXP Semiconductors TWR-K22F120M is a Kinetis K22 Tower System Module based on the MK22FN512 MCU. It is designed for use in consumer electronics applications, providing a powerful and efficient platform for embedded development. The module features an ARM Cortex-M4 core with a maximum clock speed of 120 MHz, 512 KB of Flash memory, and 128 KB of SRAM.
