Description

The ON Semiconductor NCP3063BSTEXGEVB-BSTEXGEVB is a DC to DC single output power supply for LED lighting, power management IC. It is designed to provide a high efficiency, low cost solution for driving LED lighting applications. The device features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V, and a wide output voltage range of 0.8V to 36V. It also features a high efficiency of up to 95%, and a low quiescent current of only 10µA. The device is protected against over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit conditions, and is RoHS compliant. It is available in a small, thermally enhanced, 8-pin SOIC package.
