The ON Semiconductor NCP702SN33T1GEVB-GEVB is a 3.3V DC to DC single output power supply designed for use in personal digital assistants, consumer electronics, and portable devices. It features a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, a maximum output current of 500mA, and a low quiescent current of only 1.5mA. The NCP702SN33T1GEVB-GEVB also has a high efficiency of up to 95%, and a low output ripple of only 10mV. It is designed to be highly reliable and is protected against over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit conditions. This power supply is RoHS compliant and is available in a small SOT-23-5 package.
