Description
The ON Semiconductor NCP715SQT2GEVB-GEVB is an ultra-low quiescent current LDO regulator designed for use in communications and telecom applications. It is housed in a SC-70 package and comes with an evaluation board for easy testing and evaluation. The NCP715SQT2GEVB-GEVB features a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V, a low quiescent current of only 1.2uA, and a high output current of up to 500mA. It also has a low dropout voltage of only 0.2V and a fast transient response time of only 10us. This makes it ideal for use in applications such as cellular phones, PDAs, and other portable devices.
