TL3845P Description
The TL3845P is a current-mode PWM Controller that includes all of the features required to implement off-line or DC-to-DC fixed-frequency current-mode control schemes with a minimal number of external components. An under-voltage lockout (UVLO) with a start-up current of less than 1mA and a precision reference trimmed for accuracy at the error amplifier input are two of the internally implemented circuits. Other internal circuits include logic to ensure latched operation, a PWM compactor (which also provides current-limit control), and a totem-pole output stage designed to source or sink high-peak current. When in the OFF state, the output stage is low, making it suitable for driving N-channel MOSFETs.
